Must haves:

• A hybrid working environment, I enjoy coming into the office but I am more productive (1032.2%) when I dont have to endure a 3hr travel each day!
• A work culture that is based around transparency, empathy and collaboration. Let’s look at it objectively and work it out, no need to make it complicated.
• Mutual flexibility - sometimes school drop offs will take longer and I want my work to be ok with that, exactly like sometimes a problem at work will require longer work hours which I am happy to provide.

Personal Growth

I enjoy the hustle and bustle of an start up and the energy that environment has, after all I was part of two very successful ones well into them maturing into the much bigger companies they are now!

I feel like I want to take my learning and “creative problem solving” mentality and add it to a larger organisation where the impact would be 10x!

I am not a big one for titles but something that is similar to what I have where leadership and strategy would be major players.

Teamwork

I enjoy working with and growing teams full of motivated individuals with the right mindset, the mindset to get to the bottom of a problem and solve solve solve!

Innovation & Impact

Technology and tools have always been a mainstay of my “creative problem solving” - I enjoy experimenting with new tools and processes to ensure efficiency - an environment which encourages and aligns with this thinking will be amazing!
